Hi, im sorry about that, these areas were created by me via different accout. All changes were made correctly. Next will comment them. Thx Pavel

My other accout was blocked because of one crazy guy. I was creating woods in the park of BRNO city. It was probably his area and he did not like what I did. It was all correct. I was upset so I did not communitace with him, so he blocked me. Sometimes people are like cocks within OSM creation.
