Gebäude wurde abgerissen, aktuell befinden sich hier zwei kleinere neue Gebäude im Bau.

An dieser Stelle an der Geiseltalstraße in Merseburg-Süd besteht aktuell eine Vollsperrung im Bereich der Bahnunterführung. Laut offizieller Information der Stadt gilt die Sperrung vom 19.05.2026 bis voraussichtlich 28.08.2026. Vor Ort ist eine größere Baustelle mit abgesperrtem und eingehaustem Bereich eingerichtet. Der Bahnverkehr darüber scheint nicht betroffen zu sein.
