There's reconstruction on railway from Poprad to Vydrnik. They want to eliminate railwaycrossings so this crossing ist completely closed for vehicles you can cross it just by bike or by walk... after reconstruction they will destroy this crossing and build here underpass but just for people... if you are asking about the road the road cannotbe closed because of houses on the one side and service road to gardens and other Poprad's service buildings.

Yes the train crossing is closed for cars and vehicles. You have to go by new street but the street goes on kezmarok and stara ľubovňa and poland. If you want to go to town centre you have to use another road because the train brigde on the main road stefanikova is in reconstruction and the road is also closed.

áno kvôli stavbe mostu sú tu 2 mobilné žeriavy, nie sú možno presne na tom mieste ako som zaznačil, ale nachádzajú sa tam
