The lot is surrounded by tall perimeter walls of the school and subdivision, and along St. Ignatius St. there is a fence made up of roofing material.

This is best described as a grassy area sandwiched between a subdivision and a school, and I mapped it as a meadow since it is mostly made up of tall grass with a few trees along its perimeters. A condominium will be built here (Tuscania Towers) but as of now, only the foundations are being constructed
