That's a good question. Ultimately the path is just worn into the field so that will disappear fairly quickly though will still be on aerial photos for many years. I think at this point I'm of the view that the path has gone and it is right to remove it. I think it has stopped being a path now in any real sense, private or not, and is now just a worn section of field.

Based upon visiting this morning and taking some photos, I've added some of the new fencing that has been installed. Hopefully that might help to reduce risk someone adds the path just based on aerial photos.

I've just looked it up in NaPTAN and the stop has now been renamed as per the stop opposite to The Stage PH so I've updated it accordingly.
