Thank you for your input. The access tag from the TIGER import was outdated, so I removed it in the changeset - changeset/157382622. However, we only add access tags based on clear evidence, such as signs or markings. Since there is no such evidence in this case, I can't add it. According to the Lyft drivers GPS tracks (https://drive.google.com/file/d/14gtiC3w4Qny90hsxmBizYiUkdKqyexEs/view?usp=sharing) and Lyft-owned street level image taken from Southbranch Boulevard at the intersection with South 27th Street 42.86738,-87.95129 (https://drive.google.com/file/d/1SryBh_Wer_sQa4tVEtisw_0_DdgOCd9A/view?usp=drive_link ) is visible that the roads are opened for traffic.

When we removed the construction tag, we relied on the GPS tracks from our drivers for the week prior to the changeset therefore, the data was based on tracks from approximately July 12 to July 20.
As of today (August 20), some road segments still show GPS tracks, while others do not. Unfortunately, I cannot verify the telemetry data from the time the changeset was published to confirm whether all the roads had GPS tracks when the construction tag was removed.
According to the current telemetry data and the official sources that you have linked I reverted previous changes (changeset/155507179) for several ways where no GPS tracks were presented.
I apologize for the mistake. We will be more careful when working with construction in the future.

Based on our internal sources, the driver opted for an alternative route instead of the specified road. The latest satellite imagery did not clearly show the road, which led us to believe the map information was outdated, prompting us to remove it.

According to the OSM wiki page, the 'ref' tags shouldn’t include cardinal directions in their values (osm.wiki/United_States_roads_tagging#:~:text=The%20name%20and%20ref%20tags%20should%20not%20contain%3A).
Instead, the cardinal direction is indicated in the route relation: e.g.relation/108619 (US 101 North) and relation/71162 (US 101 South).
So if you need to distinguish between the two one-way roads, you can refer to the route relations for the specific directions.

And about this motorway link way/1149564718 It looks like there are some drivers’ tracks (https://drive.google.com/file/d/1LV6x9uX91LSVl8_Df3pqmoDDeCvAQhE-/view?usp=sharing), but they are quite poor and unfortunately there are no fresh street view images to be 100% sure that the motorway link is open.

I want to assure you that the Lyft mapping team takes the OpenStreetMap rules seriously and that all of our resources are compliant with them. As "Lyft-owned aerial imagery" for now, we use Nearmap imagery. They do allow us to use their imagery for OSM edits by license. That means our evidence fully complies with the OSM requirements. This data is updated frequently, and we try to make edits based on the most recent data.

Motorway links way/1149564715 and way/1149564737 are still closed, there is no telemetry data for them.
And I'm not certain about the motorway link (way/1149564718). There are rare GPS tracks on this way; it is possible that it is already open, but no strong evidence exists for now. I can double check the next week and edit this way if it will be more clear.
