I don't know what is the object which highway property you want to change. I guess it is some segment where motor vehicules are not allowed, but both bicycles and pedestrians are. So (highway=path + bicycle=designated + foot=designated) OR (highway=cycleway + foot=designated) seems correct, as far as I know. Si può andare. Ciao.

une bonne centaine de noeuds ont été déplacés. Il semble qu'une zone entière ait été déplacée de 700m environ, créant un certain chaos au sud de Pierre Chatel.
