I forgot to add this to my comments when I made this update: Washington School Park does not exist. Not in Johnson County's GIS system (https://maps.jocogov.org/ims/) nor does it exist in the City of Olathe's Parks & Rec (https://www.olatheks.org/government/parks-recreation/parks-trails-bike-lanes/parks). Most schools in this area, have large swaths of grass, soccer fields, football fields, etc. That does not classify them as a park.

In the last 3 years Whiteman AFB as redone more than 10 roads on base and have acquired lands adjacent to the existing boundary. Imagery used in OpenStreetMap is several years old. They have also re-named several road. Please contact Whiteman AFB GeoBase/Civil Engineering for more information.
