Versions #1 of the nodes by CanvecImports had "Municipal Road" , not "Regional Road". What is the rationale for this change?

The name tags of the ways did have "Regional" at import from Geobase, but the addr:street tags of the nodes had "Municipal" at import from CanVec by CanvecImports over 10 years ago. In the case of the nodes at the ends of the interpolation ways, this is not a revert.

This edit left construction=secondary without highway=construction. Roads get a construction key when the value construction is assigned to the key highway.

\25/ Stellar is comparable to nearby roads such as \52/ Thornton and \25A/ Champlain. Stellar is not a minor residential street although it has been tagged as highway=residential. Connecting roads are tagged with highway=secondary, and this edit therefore makes tagging inconsistent in this area. It would be quicker to take Stellar than Champlain from SB Thornton to Thickson.

Since Bing does not yet provide a high resolution post-construction view of the area, I have not drawn parallel ways where medians are present. I will likely redraw when better imagery exists if it is yet to be done at that time.

There are some not-so-major roads such as Albert, Athol and First that are tagged with highway=secondary, tagged identically to major roads such as King and Simcoe. However, I don't want to bother changing them.

As per O. Reg. 180/03, Greater Sudbury forms part of Sudbury District and the District Municipality of Muskoka is coextensive with the Territorial District of Muskoka.
As per provincial law (as Territorial Division Act, RSO 1980, c 497), the creation of the Regional Municipality of Sudbury did not create a hole in the District of Sudbury. An overlapping territorial district, regional municipality and area municipality could not "fit" into two layers of census divisions and subdivisions.
Although the regional municipality was dissolved, a separate census division remains for Greater Sudbury.
Similarly, Muskoka District was never dissolved and still overlaps the similarly named upper-tier municipality of Muskoka.
