Pen Bank is still standing after verifying with photos from the AFP, I have reverted the deletion of that along with Jollibee, as it's branding is still present and recognizable in the rubble.

Tagging it with ruins=yes and damage:type= is much more appropriate than deleting the place outright, careful next time. :)
