Changeset When Comment

Hello Davide84,
Thanks for your interest in Danish railways. I had cleaned up the tagging before you made this changeset. If the only changes made were ETCS tagging, then simply revert the changeset instead of doing more changes. That is the easiest option.

Thanks, no worries about it. The map does indeed not show the stations as having ETCS, but it does not show *where* the system change is.
Thanks for showing interest in improving the Danish railway data!

Hello, do you have a source of the ETCS you have edited? Because according to the official line diagrams that are available to train drivers (and publicly available*) the ETCS sections do *not* extend as far as you have done them.

Hi Micha,
Thanks for your input. I will remove the public_transport tag and otherwise leave them untouched.
As for better tags for that object I don't know either.

Hello,
Quick question: With this changeset you added some service platforms in the yard area of Odense station. Service platforms are not mapped anywhere else in Denmark, so I am wondering whether it is necessary to keep them in Odense or not. Do you have any opinion?
I am myself leaning towards deleting them since they have nothing to do with public facing areas and the usage of public transport - the tag implies they do.

Sorry, seems like TSI_xx is the correct tag, not UIC_xx. My apologies for the double comment

Hello Aurélien,

Sorry to bring this back up, but I have done some research and have found the initial tagging done by me wrong. All the loading gauges in Denmark are UIC_GB except for the Great Belt and Ă˜resund fixed links which are UIC_C. Any new tagging done by me will be correct, but could I ask you the huge favour of helping me with the mass edit? I am no super user, I simply edit in the browser.

Thanks,
Matias

Hello,

Yes, it should be the TSI standard (TSI_G2). I can't promise to fix it right away though since it is a lot of work to chance all the ways...

Thanks!

Is it case sensitive? I did not know, sorry - I will fix it
