Changeset When Comment

Indeed there are o couple of wrong information in this changeset, but:
1. If you had looked at my other changesets made in UK area you would have seen that I used the speed limits in mph correctly. These edits were made in the same period I was aiming to make some changesets in Ireland. My mistake was that I probably didn't realize in which country I made the changesets. This explanation also applies to points 3, 4 and 5.
2. Fair enough
6. It is a changeset made 4 years ago, it is normal that the quality of the road has improved in the meantime.

This is the only solution I found for the problem that there is no public information about the maxweight restricted areas in Targu Mures. By restricted areas I mean how the restrictions are organized in Bucharest, for example - https://rb.gy/xplyt4. If they are not organized by areas, but only by streets, then I believe that there should be a weight restriction sign at each intersection or roundabout to confirm or deny the restriction. In the absence of these signs, it seemed normal to put the maxweight:signed=no tag. I tried to look for a H.C.L. of the local council from 2014 (the one that referred to the city's transit regulation and which should have included the streets with weight restrictions) but it was useless. I found that there would be a 3.5 tons restriction in the central area (Piata Trandafirilor, probably), but it is not clear to me if there is also an area with a 7.5 tons restriction. It is also mentioned about a restriction of 20 tons on the rest of the streets. Because of this contradictory information, I tried to reproduce through this tag the situation „de facto”, whether or not there were traffic signs about weight

Regarding the problem of one-way streets, I apologize for my mistakes. I followed the press release of the town hall, from which it was not clear that Strada Dezrobirii or Strada Rampei would become one-way streets.

Salutare!

you destroyed the route DN28 near Lețcani

The links of the roundabout where in a single direction. Please be more careful!

Thank you for pointing me to this. However, I know the tag standards, this was a case where I forgot to finish the edit. I used maxspeed=90 and maxspeed:type=RO:rural for other edited highways.

I do not understand why did you put a national road suitable for traffic to highway=secondary

Sorry, I used HG 782/2014 instead of HG 1154/2021

DX12 will be a trunk, not a highway. Please do not change the rank of the highway unless you do not have trustful information source.

Hi,
I got my speed limits from the Mapillary images. I could bet that here was a sign with 60kph, probably because the construction of the parking lot next to this part of the road. Ok, I accept that where I used the maxspeed=60kph it wans t the official and real speed limit, but regarding the 90 kph on the motorways for HGV, I did a consistent research and I found the same Regulation article - Član 45**. In my opinion, and based on this article https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Large_goods_vehicle - all vehicles over 3500 kg could be considered an HGV, even they are small lorries or vehicles with trailer. This is a rule available everywhere in Europe, not just in the Eastern Europe. For example, the downtown of cities is not accessible for vehicles exceeding this value. If we use and put maxspeed=130 on the segments of a motorway, because this is the legal speed limit, why we couldn t do the same for maxspeed:hgv=90 (motorways)?

Ok, there is a speed limit of 100kph for vehicles between 3500 and 7500 kg, but even so they are still HGVs because they exceed the limit of 3500 kg. If you want, you can replace the 90 kph with an 100 kph, but please do not delete the entire information. There is no need for a 90 kph or 100 kph sign on the road for a truck driver to know that this is the legal limit. It is something by default but should be recorded for each road segment for cases where there are exceptions.

DN11 should be highway=trunk, not highway=secondary.

Hello! According to the last imagery available, it looks like there are many pits on the surface, but only at the border crossing.
