Right now a short ~30m section of Ross Lane is blocked to vehicle traffic because it is being used as a staging area for construction. However, the sidewalk has remained open to pedestrians throughout construction. The sidewalk cut through is already being used quite heavily by bikes. I figured it would be more accurate to consider it open to bikes, as the alternative routes are much more unsafe. If you disagree I am open to feedback.
