It’s my understanding that the map should reflect the reality of the world, not what the world should look like. If a path exists, we should try to map it. But if riding a bike (or walking) on it is forbidden, then we should tag it with the corresponding access=no tag. (And not remove it) Am I mistaken ?

I thought that having cycleway:lane (lanes on both sides) was enough for bikes to be allowed on each direction. I'll do better next time.
