If you plug in the coordinates. The coordinates does not put you on the roadway. That's an overpass with a sidewalk. It seems to be that the gray area indicates that. And if you plug in the plug coordinates it does not put you on any roadway

I'm curious I don't see anywhere where it says anything about lowercase and upper case. And then another osm is adding gantry when there is no mention of it. Can you explain this?
