The existing exit on the map also starts farther down.
Among all the public GPS traces over this interchange, I see none that indicate any of the new ramps marked as construction have been opened to traffic.
According to PennDOT the sections of roadway that are "under construction" were scheduled to go out to bid in late 2023. Probably going to be a few years before any construction is completed.
