Just one thing: a "living street" is something very specific (highway=living_street in OSM), which reflects a woonerf and has the following road sign: https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/File:Belgian_road_sign_F12a.svg .
This is a "speelstraat" here (art. 22septies), essentially closing the road to traffic at specific times; only residents may use the road.
