OpenStreetMap licensing

OpenStreetMap is open data, licensed under the Open Data Commons Open Database License (ODbL) by the OpenStreetMap財団 (OSMF). In summary:

OpenStreetMap のクレジット表記の仕方

OpenStreetMap を使う場所では、以下の2つの条件を必ず守ってください。

• Provide credit to OpenStreetMap by displaying our attribution notice.
• 配布されるデータがOpen Database Licenseの下で利用可能であることを明示してください。

For the attribution notice, we have different requirements on how this should be displayed, depending on how you are using our data. For example, different rules apply on how to show the attribution notice depending on whether you have created a browsable map, a printed map or a static image. More details can be found in the Attribution Guidelines section of the licensing requirements.

一般論として、この著作権ページ にリンクすると、当該のデータが OpenDatabase License の下で利用可能であると明確に示すことができます。OSM をデータ形式で配布する場合は、ライセンス名の明記とライセンス（複数の場合あり）の直接リンクを添えてください。（印刷物など）リンクが不可能なメディアの場合は、ページの完全な URL をたとえば https://www.openstreetmap.org/copyright のように載せてください。
