Hi, the source of the name is not Wikipedia but as we can see it on street sign. So, for example "Rue Jean-Moulin" is not correct. The previous name "Rue Jean Moulin" is correct. An other contributor says the same thing in https://www.openstreetmap.org/changeset/88176811

Okay, that's fine. Although in French, both styles are used (with and without the -). The - is used between people's names and dates. The same way in English people sometimes write, for example, St James or St. James (with and without the dot are both right).

I was about to comment another changeset.
We don't mind what Wikipedia say (to some extend ;-)), we do mind French naming rules and commune names get an hyphen (-), hamlets or people names don't. You can check Rue Paul Philoctete on Mapllary:
