Thank you for fix this. I had problems when I traced the line river.
But, I am beginner in openstreetmap, I don't understand your modifications. Can you clarify me? -

Olá,
As you probably already know there are some ways that are used for administrative boundaries, such as the Rio Cricaré.
When you traced the river you left two spots of administrative boundary open. They were not connected and therefore not closed. After I checked the plausability/accuracy of the boundary changes made, I simply extended those ways to connect them. At the meeting point of Rio Cricaré and that small river I had to split Rio Cricaré because that's where the districts "Barra Nova" and "São Mateus" go separate ways. The small river was only connected to the outer riverbank and I extended it to the actual river way (now the small river is also connected to Rio Cricaré via water flow). The coast boundary was simply a matter of connecting, since it isn't connected to anything. So there wasn't really anything wrong here, just two things that weren't connected. Looked good otherwise.
Boundaries can be tough to edit with the iD editor. I used a program called "JOSM" which makes it considerably easier to edit them. If you like I can send you a more detailed message. I could probably also reproduce my changes and show you in a few images what I did exactly. Let me know. :)Cheers
