I am not sure what you changed because I am not really familiar with open street map, but you changed part of the Endless Mountain Trail and it no longer shows up on services like Alltrails, Komoot, etc

I removed the trail related tags because I spot several issues. I did not delete anything, but:
The trail is a poorly drawn segment that was substantially converted from an abandoned railway by a banned troll NE2. This “trail” never has correct geometries and it introduces several issues:
1. Trespasses private family home properties (eapecially SR-706 @ SR-167), potentially more.
2. Does not have a good alignment with the ground based on PEMA imageries, also questionable in some areas.
3. Eventually it connects to Sunbury Line, that means you are encouraging hikers to trespass Norfolk Southern properties. A rail trail should not exist in this form.A website claims that “The Rail-Trail Council of NEPA is currently working on restoring the trail”. As a result, this is a trail with questionable records. It still exists in Alltrails but hikers have also left reviews that it is just a terrible trail with no maintenance.
You should avoid changing the tags back to a foot path until sorting every above question out first. Bottom line: You cannot send people to driveways of private properties, that’s misleading.

That is fair that parts are in rough shape towards the middle of the trail, but it is a legitimate Rail-Trail which a snowmobile club takes care of, although honestly poorly in parts. I was on the trail at the end of the summer and the side toward Montrose was good, and the other end was ok, but the middle got rough for biking. Points 1 and 3 are points that can't be changed, because that's where the rail-road use to be and that's what the trail follows. I will say however that, like you mentioned, it is poorly drawn. A section that's intended to go on the side of the road has people go in at least one person's yard. That seems to only be an issue for a couple of houses though, but it should be fixed, and I can fix it later.
Also, yes and no that it's removed from AllTrails. The trail is still on AllTrails, although the trail is wrong as it continues past where the trail ends, which might be where some of the bad reviews are from. Alltrails saves the trail with GPS data, so it's still there, but if you go to make a map in the area that of the trail doesn't come as a place you can go because the tags were removed. -

I can do a quick cleanup by the end of tomorrow on the geometry and then see what to be done next.
