By deleting the node entirely, you've removed valuable information from the map, like the location of the street address. Instead of deleting, please either move the outdated information (e.g. to old_name=*, destroyed:*=*, shop=vacant), or remove only the outdated tags.

I checked the wiki before making the edit.
The page said that there is no consensus. I’m not sure if there is anything I missed? Yeah I was kinda confused as well.
BTW, I forgot to remove half the building there, they are gone as well after the hazardous fire.
Thank you!

Our local mapping style is to move the outdated information to old_name=*, destroyed:*=*, and shop=vacant, and keep any still-relevant information, including the address.

Understand now.
But I think this will be an issue because when people watch the news, the first reaction will kinda prompt them removing the disappearing features as soon as possible.
I’m not trying to defend myself here, but I will try my best reading local wiki page next time.
