Hi, English is already the dominant language in the US, so adding "name:en" to every city isn't really necessary

It is necessary when other languages are present. It is unnecessary when no other languages are present.

I'd say these changesets should probably be reverted, if possible. Most of the cities I've looked at didn't have other languages
