I surveyed this place over two years ago and I do not remember the place. It requires a new survey from a local mapper.

The issue is not a survey by local mappper at all. I was there few times. Last time on 14 Oct 2023. The real issue is if you have any reliable source of infomation that proves that a private person is an owner of this route. If you data comes from your "finger in the air". Then please save your time and mine and let me do what a commons sense propmpts to do and what many cyclists would like to see. With kind regards Zenon.

1. A Google StreetView shot screen shows that the subjected route is a one way route. Please see: http://u.pc.cd/mj8 (a small signpost “entry ban”)
2. My photos (from October 2023: 2_photo_by_Zenon_K56 , 3_photo_by_Zenon_K56 and from July 2023: 3_photo_by_Zenon_K56) show a nice dirt road (Lema) used by the cyclists and pedestrians which is accessible only via an short part of an alleged private route. Please see: http://u.pc.cd/8nvrtalK , http://u.pc.cd/jX1ctalK , (the way to subjected road from opposite direction: http://u.pc.cd/9rQ7).
3. Geoportal360.pl_screenshot.jpg shows much more then we can see now being there (or in a satellite view). Geoportal prompts us that many building plots will be accessible only via the subjected road. Please see: http://u.pc.cd/1UIctalK
4. IMHO the OSM mappers should reflect: a real life according to their best knowledge; be in line with a legal basis if known or confirmed; be open to a change proposal based on common sense.
5. That's why, I would like to have a real life reflected in tags. The cyclist and pedestrian used the subject road because there is no gate, barrier, fence, ect. Therefore, the upper part of the road is not a one way road. Please see: http://u.pc.cd/5z3italK
6. Is there an effective way to address to a local mapper (mappers) the issue of finding a legal base, which will confirm that the subjected road is private ?
7. Thanking you in anticipation of your understanding and answer.

I don’t know why you keep asking me questions. As I said, I mapped this area two years ago and I no longer remember any of it. If you have questions about tagging, it would be better to ask them on the OSM Forum instead of under this changeset.

Up to 19.05.2021, a way : https://www.openstreetmap.org/way/257320128 has only two tags:
highway=service; surface=concrete:plates service . However, on 19.05.2021 you added a tag: access=private .Why you added a tag access = private?
Do you have a legal justification to do that? If not please remove this tag.OSM forum will not answer why you added tag access=private.
For me in many cases a tag access=private is used without any justification by “the masters of disaster for the pedestrians and cyclists” -

I am under no obligation to make any further changes in an area that I do not even remember. My assumption is that I added that tag for a reason, and therefore I will not remove it myself. If an on-the-ground mapper feels that the tag does not accurately describe the way, then that mapper can remove the tag. Please stop sending me private messages and making changeset comments about this matter.

Hi,
Everybody adds access=private for a reason.
The problem is that in many cases "a legal justification" is just somebody idea: “it would be a nice to have it” implemented by an OSM mapper (or even invented by an OSM mapper). However, I do believe that you do not remember what was the legal base of adding the a/m tag.
Therefore, I am not going to write more messages in this changeset discussion or to you.
I do not change the a/m way tags as well.Thank you very much for your time and answers.
Taking this opportunity, I would like to thank Mateusz for his advice.
I thought that GoogleStreet screenshot can be published.
To avoid any problem with Google, I have just removed the screenshot (hyper link does not work anymore). With kind regards,
Zenon
