I noticed that you imported 31k nodes in the changeset http://www.openstreetmap.org/browse/changeset/11415806 which appears to be a broken import of just untagged nodes. I have placed this block to ensure that you read this message before uploading any more data.

If this is part of the import of the National Land Survey of Finland data proposed on imports@ on Jan 23, 2012, that import is still in a consultation phase. There were questions raised by Frederik Ramm that needed discussion but that discussion never occurred. Imports in OSM should follow the import guidelines at http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Import/Guidelines which include consultation with the imports@ mailing list.
