I am afraid I have to block your account because you are continuing to make detrimental edits to OSM. You have been blocked in the past for not replying to changeset discussions, you have ignored attempts to contact you in Russian, and my recent changeset discussion entries have been ignored by you too - you continue to add house numbers in name tags, you don’t use meaningfil changeset comments. Recently you have taken to add what seems like houses tagged “area=yes” and nothing else which is a minor problem but how can we help you map things correctly when you just ignore everything we say?

I will also revert your edits in Ashgabat.
