Recently people have tried to contact you via changeset discussion comments on https://www.openstreetmap.org/changeset/37218481 and https://www.openstreetmap.org/changeset/37218384 and haven’t had a response. In order to create the best map we need to work together, which means answering each others’ questions.

In this case you’ve added ways such as https://www.openstreetmap.org/way/397913820 based on http://azdot.gov/media/News/news-release/2015/12/04/interstate-11-receives-designation-in-federal-transportation-funding-bill which is just a press release - it doesn’t describe the route.

Can you please explain your source for this particular route? If you haven’t got one, and are just guessing, then please don’t add “guesswork” routes to OpenStreetMap. Once the highway is built it’ll be easy to add, and no-one will be able to drive on it until then anyway!
