Despite previous warnings (see http://www.openstreetmap.org/user_blocks/808 and http://www.openstreetmap.org/user_blocks/802 ) you are still apparently adding things that don’t exist any more to OpenStreetMap - see https://lists.openstreetmap.org/pipermail/talk-gb/2015-September/017789.html and the comments on the changesets mentioned there http://www.openstreetmap.org/changeset/34126960 and http://www.openstreetmap.org/changeset/34147883 .
