Dear user FK270673,

we have had a complaint about your edits in Sydney (http://www.openstreetmap.org/browse/changeset/9803159). You seem to have deleted and re-mapped a number of ways from Bing, but in the process it seems that while you may have traced geometries from Bing, you have copied the tags from the original ways.

This would not normally be a problem but in this case you have deleted a number of ways that were not ODbL compliant and re-created them as ODbL compliant under your account; by copying the non-ODbL compliant tags you are violating the copyright of the original authors.

Please do the following:

1. Be more careful in the future; if you copy tags from other objects, make sure these are ODbL compliant first.

2. Either revert your above changeset in full, or ask us to do it, or check every single object you have deleted and re-created for possible license problems and revert only those where you have copied data from a non-compliant object.

If you should have an independent and ODbL compliant source for your street names etc. (and not have copied these from existing OSM data) then that is of course permissible but we would like to know what that source is then.

Thank you
Frederik Ramm
