It looks like your doing some sort of import that has gone wrong - you have ways spanning multiple continents. See, for example:

Please stop the import and fix the data before trying again. There is a test API available at api06.dev.openstreetmap.org if you want to test your code. The imports working group would also be happy to help if this is an import.

Incidentally, it would be better to add nodes and ways in the same changeset rather than uploading the nodes first and then the ways.
