At http://resultmaps.neis-one.org/osm-discussion-comments?uid=8867106 you can see that there have been problems with a number of your recent edits. According to the comments there, the imagery that you’re using is out of date. What I’d suggest that you do is to try and work more closely with the local community - ask them what resources are the best to use, and in what areas they are up to date?

Simply having you tracing roads and been continually reverted is a waste of everyone’s time.
