I noticed you conducting an import with these changesets

The import guidelines require that imports be done from a dedicated account, after consultation with the local community and the imports@ mailing list and be documented on the wiki.

This import appears to violate these three requirements.

Dedicated account

I would suggest that the dedicated account

• have a link to your main account for contact purposes

and

• have a listing of any imports you have done on it with links to the entries in the import catalogue

Consultation

I previously reminded you about the consultation requirement yet you persisted in importing.

This block will last at least 1 hour and until you log on to OpenStreetMap.org to ensure you read it. Once you have read it it will clear itself.

I will go ahead and revert the partial upload.
