it seems to me that your edits are detrimental to our project. You are, again, deleting objects and re-uploading them unchanged. I have tried to explain it to you and I have offered my help, with no effect; you have not even contacted me, nor replied to attempts at communication by other project members. Please understand that OpenStreetMap is a community project and you have to at least establish basic communications with the community if your edits are to be of value, ESPECIALLY if they are controversial like yours.
