I am writing to you on behalf of OSMF data working group which deals with editing disputes and vandalism.

We have had comlaints about your changing of street names in the Ukraine.

Please stop changing street names from Russian to Ukrainian immediately.

Also, you seem to be using a buggy script or buggy procedure, that uploads new versions of streets even though nothing has changed (e.g. http://www.openstreetmap.org/browse/way/128162023/history).
