I notice you are conducting an import, but it appears that you are not following the rules that govern such imports: http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Import/Guidelines

Please study the document, and perform future imports only according to the rules. Most importantly, the rules require you to discuss your plans with the community before you start.

I may have to revert the imports that have been done without community consultation.
