April 25, 2010. Saw a story about Open Street Map on a clip at the TED site on open data sharing. Looked intriguing. If you haven't seen the TED site take a look at this clip.

It shown the power of realtime Wiki / data Collaboration. The mapping segment on the Post Earthquake use of OSM in Haiti was amazing. Perhaps I will learn more about my neighborhood as well was the world. Cheers.
