Holly Street south of W. 30th is no longer functionally part of the KC street grid. There are concrete barriers at W. 30th. Past that it has not been maintained, and though it is still more or less intact for the first half of the segment shown on the map, there is tree debris and trash. Then the road crumbles into the forest.

There is a fence across Virginia Ave. at this location that prevents through traffic. It has been there for at least two years and does not appear to be a temporary installation. I am guessing that it is there to protect the clients of Hope Faith Ministries who are often on foot along the block north of the fence.

There is a fence across W. 30th St. at this location that prevents public access to the west.
