Poc and next point "protezēšanas un ortopēdijas centrs" are the same place. It looks like it's a medical center combined with orthopedics shop. Entrance is closer to the side of the building near gates. There is also medical laboratory E. Gulbja Laboratorija in the same place, Mon-Fri 8:00-16:00.

While it is possible to get into Pastoraat cafe at marked location, the marked (main? The one with a sign) entrance is from another side of the building (from Pühavaimu), there is no sign at marked location (but menu is listed outside) and overall it's the entrance into ROSENPLÄNTER BOUTIQUE HOTEL (https://rosenplanter.ee/en/). The entrance at Kuninga is shared between hotel and cafe.

Attached photos are in front of marked location from Kuninga then moving to Padtoraat entrance at Pühavaimu.

I suggest to move Padtoraat cafe point to Pühavaimu and add hotel point at original Padtoraat cafe point.
