Unable to answer "What are the opening hours here?" – Department of Education-Division Office (Government Office) – node/4226818796 via StreetComplete 61.3:

Division HQ was moved a little further back a couple years ago and now a science museum called the "Provincial Reseach, Innovation, and Science Museum" (if I'm not mistaken) now stands in its place. the new structure is right beside the museum, and even though I can't tell how far it's moved, it's probably a little over 30 meters, which is more than the limit SC sets with moving buildings.
