oh, just because a house is located inside a wilderness/study area doesn't mean that person loses their land or access to their land. there are several properties within national parks that are still private property

I added the planned prefix. not sure if i did it correctly

they started to pull permits for the campus. There is a notice of filing sign(required for all construction in fontana) in front of the property. I have no clue how to add the construction prefix. if you can add the planned prefix that would be great.
