If you look closely on mapillary on the right you can see a sign saying "Trecere pentru pieton desființată" meaning it has been removed. The black paint used to cover up old road markings wears off faster than the paint for the marking itself, making it still appear.

Hmm cand desenezi cladiri folosesti conturul unei singure cladiri.
Ai desenat in jurul a mai multe cladiri.
In plus, da click pe butonul de imagini de satelit si modifica offsetul astfel incat sa se potriveasca cu strazile. Vezi osm.wiki/Using_aerial_imagery

I confirmed that the road markings have only a bus lane in the other direction, but some drivers don't respect that. I'll revert this.
