Studibo formally began procedures in 2023 as the outcome of a merger in between four engineering and consultancy firms from throughout the Flemish provinces: Feys, RaCo, Concreet, and Stabico. In the autumn of 2023, Keurdesk joined the group, followed in 2024 by Bureau De Fonseca, Bouw Energie Advies, Metriek, Lois Advies (Netherlands), Data-Build, Stir, Kubiek, and INGEO. Each of these firms retained its very own name and identity, however by integrating their know-how, Studibo's passion was clear from day one: to make things as easy as feasible for our clients and to relieve them of as much burden as we can.
