This is marked as a footpath that crosses the dual carriage way. While there is a rough path and steps down to the road on each side, there are no road making, no traffic controls and only a gap in the central reservation to pass though. OsmAnd routed me to cross the road here, but due to continuous fast traffic it was not possible, and I had to find alternative route.
Would it be best to remove it or a way to make it as not safe or passable?
