This building is ‘The Jesmond’ not the Lonsdale which is a pub next door correctly marked to the East. The Jesmond has a side entrance on this narrower western aspect to allow access to the upper floors which is where a company known as ‘LASE Cosmetic’ is located - a private plastic surgery hospital.

Sainsbury’s is within the same building but only on the ground floor via a separate entrance (correctly annotated) on the flat southern aspect.
