There isn't actually anything there as far as playground equipment or benches. But MLK park is a memorial park located right around this location. It doesn't even have a properly paved entrance from the street, just conjoined from a smaller lot from a small building next to it.

Denton County roads shapefile shows what I think is an on-ramp from this node (81635877) to I 35E. I don't see it on the latest NAIP nor Bing imagery so I will leave it to someone more knowledgeable to make the edit. Thanks.
