The comment for changeset is : Fixed an unconnected major road

The Meerut-Pauri highway needs to be fixed, will be fixing the remaining part later.

Deleted the road as the road doesn't really exist.

Hey there, this was an accidentally mixed changeset, here are the two actual changes: added a node to intersection between road and cycleway: node/3298200391 . Which contained accidentally a couple of buildings I added earlier: osm.org/#map=19/44.08339/-92.53151

Aligned a road too.
