We want to provide some context: the OSM community had flagged few issues about 2 months ago, and since then we've been actively working on revising our internal processes. The edits in question predate that period, so they reflect our older approach. Going forward, we will take extra care when mapping pedestrian crossings and will ensure our edits follow OSM guidelines and reflect on-the-ground conditions as accurately as possible.
