I'll check it out. I did recently update the Stephan G Hogan parkway/6th ave area after the construction finished and I am watching and waiting for Powhaton Road near Orchard to be completed and opened.

Yes, these are the completed portions of the neighborhood and homes have started being built on them and listed for sale by the builder. There are other roads that are planned for the future that I did not add to OSM as their fixed plans have not be published.
