There are no speed limit signs as a driver enters the car park area from the main/middle entrance from Manningham Road. The signage as such I believe is ambiguous and I feel parts of the car park should be left without a maxspeed value. The only section that is signposted correctly is from the Medical Centre (next to the McDonald's drive through, to the exit on High St, which would also include the northern car park for the Medical Centre. The rest of the car park area east of the McDonald's drive through is not signposted sufficiently and a maxspeed of 10 doesn't match what drivers would see. This is clear when viewed in Google maps street view (which is out of date). There is now a 10km/h sign immediately west of the McDonald's drive through facing drivers bearing west. The full car park area east of the McDonald's drive through I feel should remain with no maxspeed.
