Hillsborough Road is shown as a one way road from about this point for several kilometres to the east until almost the point where it passes under the Charlestown Inner City Bypass. It is a two way road, however it should probably be split for at least some of the section heading east as there is a painted island at many points.

In addition, the east and west bound sides of Hillsborough Rd change speed limits from 60km/hr to 70 km/hr and vice versa at different points, though the whole section from here to the east through to the Charlestown Inner City Bypass is marked as 60 km/hr.
